X-rays of the spine or other parts of the body can be ordered if Dr. Cannon feels they are warranted after going over your history and examination. X-rays are not required or recommended on every patient since there is a risk in the radiation receved from the x-ray that must be wighed against the posible benefit of getting the x-ray. Depending on the findings, the chiropractor may call for an MRI or other imaging study of the back.
